Nuttall Bowser regularly hires Graduates, Undergraduates and Apprentices and embrace our early career individuals as crucial team members. We recognise that as leaders our role is to support and develop our less experienced team members and we purposely allocate time to do so. Our philosophy is that by supporting and developing our employees, we create an efficient team, working to the forefront of their capabilities, at every level delivering valuable work to our clients.
Whether you join as a Graduate, Undergraduate or Apprentice we have an established accredited training programme with both the ICE and IStructE. Our business leadership are highly active in supporting early career professionals. Nuttall Bowser’s leadership and senior individuals are also Supervising Civil Engineers (SCE), Chartership Reviewers and University tutors.
Graduate roles
Upon joining Nuttall Bowser you will be challenged. You will also be supported by our experienced individuals who want to see you grow. Our senior engineers and project managers are tasked with expanding the extent and breadth of your knowledge at a rate that suits you. You will not be constrained by a regimented environment but will be exposed to all aspects of a project while delivering your focussed part. You will have the opportunity to thrive and progress with our open-door policy, gaining direct exposure to our technical experts and business leaders. We want you to find your purpose and support you to grow in that direction from a point of well-established first principles.
Undergraduate roles
Upon joining Nuttall Bowser, you will meaningfully contribute to the delivery of challenging projects while gaining direct exposure to our technical experts and business leaders. We see you as key to sustaining the future of Nuttall Bowser and as we watch you thrive as an undergraduate which often leads to full time employment following graduation.
Apprentice roles
Upon joining Nuttall Bowser, you will receive the opportunity to commence a degree course funded by Nuttall Bowser via a government levy. Typically, part time degree courses consist of 1-day per week University during term time. You will benefit through earning and gaining invaluable experience during your apprenticeship which in turn supplement your learning and studies.
